The method involves receiving electronic signals e.g. short messaging service (SMS) message, from a telecommunication network (31) for processing resources (34) i.e. game server, via a playback unit e.g. TV, for playing a show for a set of participants (6) in a playing field (7) comprising a set of play areas, where each play area is identifiable with a unique code coordinate. A game code is provided for conducting an action based on the play area indicated by game code coordinates. A return signal including instructions for identification of a solution of the game is sent to the participant. An independent claim is also included for a system for implementing an interactive game in a TV studio i.e. living room environment.
