摘要 <p>A ceramic crucible for fusing the titanium alloy is provided to fuse high reactivity alloy for less contaminating the alloy, having less technical and economical limitation to the application area. Therefore the alloy having the less cracking and the little deformities be manufactured. A ceramic crucible for fusing the titanium alloy comprises as follows, a facecoat(16) including a facecoat layer(18) more than one including the oxide selected from the group consisting of scandium oxide, yttrium oxide, hafnium oxide, lanthanide oxide and their combination; a backing(22) including one or more backing layers(24) and having the thickness ratio of 6.5:1 or 20:1 about the facecoat; one or more facecoat layers is manufactured from the facecoat slurry including the oxide powder among the colloidal suspension, and the colloidal suspension comprises the colloid selected from the group consisting of the colloidal silica, the colloidal yttria, the colloidal alumina, the colloidal calcium oxide, the colloidal magnesium oxide, the colloidal zirconium oxide, the colloidal lanthanide oxide and their mixture.</p>
