<p>A thin glass strengthening heating treatment apparatus is provided to perform each process stably and smoothly in processes where automatically perform thermal processes for case-hardening of the thin glass and to improve quality and productivity. A preheating furnace(20) performs a heating function by using a ventilation jointly. A main body(30) has a refractory barrier structure and performs indirect heating. A cooled reactor(40) has a heat insulating wall structure and maintains cooling by using a ventilation jointly. A rail(60) is in parallel installed on the preheating furnace, the main body and the cooled reactor, and has a rack(62) on one side. The first room(73) contains a support roller and a running wheel, is opened and closed and does not have a heater. The second room(74) has a heater. The carriage car(70) comprises the first room and the second room.</p> |
