SLUDGE PRETREATMENT INSTALLATION USING HYDRODYNAMIC CAVITATION

A sludge pretreatment apparatus using hydroenergetics cavitation is provided to have a simple structure, to improve an energy efficiency remarkably by inducing the cavitation with a low pump pressure and to cut down the cost. A sludge pretreatment apparatus using hydroenergetics cavitation comprises a sludge reservoir(1), a ventury part, a pump(5) and an exhaust valve(7). The sludge reservoir accommodates the processed sludge. The ventury part generates the cavitation while the sludge flowed out from the reservoir passes. The pump is installed at A downstream of the ventury part and the sludge is sucked in through the ventury part. The exhaust valve discharges the processed sludge by being arranged in the downstream of the pump.
