An electric lamp time switch improves a rising effect by turning on the electric lamp in the morning rising hour. An electric lamp time switch is comprised by integrating a light switch and a digital time clock. A digital clock is operated by a micro current flowing in the light switch without an additional battery and an additional power source. The light switch is on and off by using the digital clock as a switching circuit when a set time after setting a predetermined time. The rising is supported by using the light by turning on the lamp at the hour of rising.
