SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND LAYOUT METHOD FOR THE SAME

A semiconductor device and a layout method for the same are provided to improve the transfer characteristic of signal by reducing the impedance on the route that the signal is transferred to a transistor. The semiconductor device includes MOS transistor(40); the first interconnection connected to a source or a drain of the MOS transistor; at least two second interconnections delivering the same signal. The second wiring intersects with the first interconnection and is connected to the first interconnection. The second interconnections are parallelly connected with the first interconnection.
