An information retrieval ranking system reflecting the user interest and a method thereof is provided to offer the improved search to the user result by giving the extent of concern to the corresponding document and applying this to rank after converting the behaviour which the user shows in the discrete document(contents) into the extent of concern. An information retrieval ranking system reflecting the user interest and a method thereof comprise the followings: the UAL aggregation module(230) collecting a plurality of user action logs(UAL) from the user terminal connected to the information network or the network main server; the concern rank calculation module(240) which calculates the concern rank(AR) from the double of the concern value(AV) about all behaviours that each user is seen and the behaviour fluence(IV) of user about all users gathered in the discrete document accumulated in the document DB based on collected user action logs, and which renewes in the concern rank DB; the rank value calculation module(250) which calculates the rank value(RV) and ranks from the concern rank of the concern rank DB(30) about the document searched from the document DB(10) in which the search engine receives the search request of the query language base from the user terminal.
