A pressure and vacuum valve device for a venting line to a fuel tank, wherein the venting line comprises a first section (31, 32) which contains a pressure valve (3, 15), which opens when the pressure in the tank exceeds a preset value depending on the mass of a valve plate (3) being comprised in the pres¬ sure valve, which in a sealing way rests on a seat (15) in the first line section and wherein the venting line has a second line section (42, 47), which contains a vacuum valve (50, 52), which opens when the pressure in the tank falls down to a preset value underneath the atmospheric pressure, wherein the vacuum valve comprises an annular plate (50), which under the influence of gravity in a sealing way rests on at least one valve seat (48) through which the second line section extends. The valve plate (3) of the pressure valve is provided with the valve seat (48) of the vacuum valve and supports the valve plate (50, 52) of the vacuum valve, a vertical through opening (47) in the pressure valve plate (3) being arranged to be opened and closed, respectively, by the vacuum valve plate (50, 52). |
