A system for double intermediating of oversea education request and the oversea education service provider is provided to connect a people who wants oversea education, and oversea education service provider by constructing server at inside and outside of the country. An intermediating server receives information of oversea education desiring user, and transmits oversea education agents corresponding the user's demand to the user's terminal(SA11-SA16). If a user decides an agent, the selected agent sends a detailed entrance information, and saves it to a database(SA20). The detailed entrance information is evaluated and ranked, then it is sent to the user's terminal(SA30). After receiving the user's decision, it is transmitted to the corresponding agent(SA40). The agent get an information about detailed enterance fee, and others then, transmits the information with agent commission to the user(SA50).
