A piston and push rod integrated combination structure of clutch master cylinder is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost since the number of parts is reduced and assembling is simple. A piston and push rod(410) integrated combination structure of clutch master cylinder comprises a piston(430) which is inserted into the cylinder inside to the either before or after and flexibly is installed with the elastic body, a push rod in which one end is fixed to one side of piston. A yoke is protruded to the outside of cylinder in the other end of the push rod and connected with the clutch pedal is equipped.
