A piston pin and plug assembling method for a diesel engine is provided to assemble by applying pressure appropriate for each type of assembly when assembling. A piston pin and plug assembling method for diesel engines comprises a step of preparing assembly of a plug(20) where the plug is inserted into a plug guide(58) following a step of cooling the plug in the cooling unit; a step of mounting a piston pin(10) heated under temperature ranging from 90 deg.C to 120 deg.C on a guide block(61); and a step of assembling the plug on a hole of the piston pin plug by pressurizing the plug with a cylinder in an automatic assembly machine.
