摘要 A method for manufacturing a flexible flat cable is provided to transmit data at high speed by implementing a transmission speed over 1.5 Gbps by realizing specific impedance. A flexible flat cable is composed of a surface insulating layer(11), a terminal(12) for signaling, an inner isolation layer(13), a pad(14), a ground terminal(15) and an aluminum foil(16). The inner isolation layer blocks electrical connection of the terminal for signaling and the ground terminal and blocks the heat. The terminal for signaling electrically connects a connector of a display panel and a pin terminal of a display driving substrate. The pad is made of a hot melt of polyester resin and is the medium of the laminating structure to have specific impedance and an eye pattern value. The ground terminal blocks the noise by grounding with the pin terminal of the display driving substrate. The aluminum foil shields the EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) by surrounding a part of the ground terminal and the pad and grounding the ground terminal.
