METAL SEPARATOR FOR FUEL CELL USING THE INJECTION MOLDING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A metal separator for a fuel battery is provided to prevent the separation of gasket by adhering a gasket to a metal separator through injection molding and to improve the stackability of the metal separator in the stack tightening of the fuel battery. A metal separator assembly includes a first metal separation plate in which the first reaction gas flows; a second metal separation plate in which the second reaction gas flows; a cooling water inlet for being formed between the first metal separation plate and the second metal separation plate; a first gasket adhered to the first metal separation plate by injection molding; and a second gasket adhered to the second metal separation plate by injection molding.
