A locking preventing apparatus of door lock is provided to restrict compulsively the operation of the rocking lever In the state where door is open and to prevent the inconvenience and time waste of operator. A locking preventing apparatus of door lock(1) comprises a lock link(100) which is the cable connected to the lock knob connected and installed in intermediation in the door latch(10) case inner side, a locking lever(200) restricting the rotation of the door latch according to the lock knob operation, an interlocking lever(300) which is shifted by the door latch when door is opened. The interlocking lever is installed in the door latch case so that locked door by the lock knob is prevented when the door is open.
