<p>The quick clamp for exchanging excavator tools consists of a female part, which includes the main shovel panel (2) and a conical part (3). The male part consists of a moving part (6), which is welded to a cylinder (1) bracket (9) and a moving wedge (15) being reinforced with a reinforcement wedge (7). The moving part (6) is inserted into the main connecting panel (5). The hydraulic cylinder (1) is clamped to the main connecting panel (5) with cylinder (1) bracket (10) via a bolt (11). The main connecting panel (5) is welded by two lamellas (4) which represent the link with the machine arm via openings (1 a.). The lamellas are reinforced by a reinforcement (8), a round reinforcement (12) and a wedge reinforcement (14), while a ring with an opening (13) takes care of the positioning of the bolts. The female part consists of a main shovel panel (2) which features openings where during connecting the shifting wedges (15) are fitted. In the openings of the main shovel panel (2) there is a welded lamella (4) which features a specific angle which provides the automatic closing of the link between the male and female part.</p> |
