The device has a sleeve made of semi-rigid material e.g. rubber or latex and provided with a double wall (1) between which an intermediate space (2) is provided, where the sleeve has a closed cylindrical shape at an end (5) of the sleeve and a spherical shape in an open part (6) of the sleeve. The spherical part of the sleeve is encircled at an exterior end of the sleeve by a semi-rigid ring (7). A tube (3) provided in the cylindrical part of the sleeve permits to supply and circulate gas or liquid (4) to the space.
