The arm has two circular boards (2, 3) articulated along an axis (XX1), where the board (2) is fixed at an exterior of an arm board (1) of a seat. A retractable table is articulated on the board (3) along an axis (YY1) that is orthogonal to the axis (XX1). The axis (YY1) is realized by a shaft (5) through a hub (6) integrated to the board (3) and two legs (7). The retractable table is pivoted along the axes (XX1 and YY1), where one of the axes is extended along the arm board of the seat.
