The device has an absorbing pad cooperated with a sanitary napkin (4). The pad is profiled in a small wing form which is matched with a form of a body between a rear of a vagina orifice and a coccyx. The pad is prolonged at right and left from its front half part (1) by two self-adhesive fins (3) which permit hooking of the pad on a rear third part of the sanitary napkin. The pad is constituted of an absorbing core with a material that is thicker in the front half part. An external surface of liquid permeable cover and barrier sheets is coated by a sticky material.
