A stylus going up and coming down apparatus for dieless incremental forming is provided to transfer at the micro precision by an AC servo motor, and to transfer at the nano precision by a piezoelectric ceramic actuator. Therefore the stylus going up and coming down apparatus for dieless incremental forming in which the product forming is possible through the desired precision. A stylus going up and coming down apparatus for dieless incremental forming comprises a transferring a fixing frame(61) fixed to the top plate(10) upper side; a micro going up and coming down apparatus transferring an up/down frame(63) fixed at front of the fixing frame and a stylus(S) installed under the up/down frame in micro precision by a servo-motor(62); and a nano going up and coming down apparatus transferring the stylus installed under the up/down frame in nano precision by a piezoelectric ceramic actuator(66).
