Disclosed is a compound of formula 1 and agriculturally acceptable derivatives of the carboxylic group or the 4-amino group, wherein X represents F and the rest of the substituents are disclosed within the specification. Also disclosed is a method of controlling undesirable vegetation which comprises contacting the vegetation or the locus thereof with or applying to the soil to prevent the emergence of vegetation an herbicidally effective amount of the above compound.
