Micro Organism Testing Device

A micro-organism testing device is disclosed. The device 1 comprises a resealable container 2, 4, 11 under reduced pressure containing a growth medium and a cap 3 to capture the resealable portion of the container. The cap is provided with internal means adapted to puncture the resealable portion of the container. The cap is moveable between a first and a scond position wherein travel of the cap between the first and second positions will cause the internal means to puncture the resealable portion of the container.
