The system has supports (10D, 10G) with bases equipped of a locked screw collaborating with an insert of a surf board (1), where the screw is made of plastic material. A support is integrated with a left maintenance tab (6G) and a right maintenance tab (6D) with which the bases form an angle between 5 and 40 degrees along a sectional view. The tabs are made of flexible material and have thickness permitting flexion and mutual sliding.
