Also disclosed is the use of the above compound, salt or ester in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disease or condition wherein T-lymphocyte migration from blood to a tissue or other extravascular site is a step I the development of the disease or condition such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, T cell-mediated dermatitis, stromal keratitis, uveitis, thyroiditis, sialitis or type I diabetes.
