The utility model relates to the field of molecular biology and genetic engineering, in particular to a biological microchip and to a measuring complex for identification of DNA transgenic successors in the vegetal material and products on base thereof. The biological microchip includes a micromatrix with cells, some of which contain immobilized oligonucleotides-probes, others contain oligonucleotides for test procedure control, and the third ones contain fluorescent dyes for correct orientation of the biological microchip when logging the results. The microchip contains oligonucleotide-probes detecting the 35S-promoter, gus gene, nos promotor, nptll gene, ocs terminator and lectin, zein, bar, cry1Ab, EPSPS, +K and ûK markers. Presence of transgenic successors is revealed by hybridization on 10 specially chosen oligonucleotides-probes, immobilized on biological microchips produced for this purpose.
