The invention relates to thermoenergetics, particularly to the heating devices permitting to carry out heating of rooms by means of direct contact with the ambient air or, as may be necessary, by means of water heating with the help of a heat exchanger connected to a heating system. The device for waste oil-and-water heating consists of a body (1) in the form of tube, with two covers (2, 5), one of which is made with holes for water aspiration (3), a gate valve (4) in the form of sector of circle, fixed in the center of the cover (2), an igniter (6) in the form of plate with adjustable support (7), a capacity for water (8) with water nozzle (9) and a capacity for oil (10) with oil nozzle (11), both being connected to the upper part of the body (1), and to the opposite upper part of the body (1) is connected a chimney (12). Additionally, inside the body (1), there may be installed a water heater (13).
