A B3- part is obtained by mixing a phosphoric acid for controlling a concentration of a hydrogen ion, a phosphate functioning with a buffering operation agent and refined water and being dissolved in a room temperature. The B3- part is injected In case of maintaining a temperature condition of 45deg.C at a condition that B1 and B2- part are mixed and emulsified, and the B4- part is stored at a room temperature if the B4- part consisting of a hydrogen peroxide and a perfume is injected, agitated gradually, is cooled to 35deg.C, and becomes a cream form.
