The invention refers to medicine, particularity to surgery. The method for omental bursa sanitation and drainage consists in that there are made the laparoscopic approaches for laparoscope and working instrument, then it is fixed the greater curvature of stomach by means of an instrument, afterwards under the costal margins, under laparoscopic control by means of a trocar it is made one approach, through which it is introduced a drain in the abdominal cavity, then in the greater curvature of stomach fixation region is made a microlaparotomic approach, through which it is exteriorized the inferior margin of the greater curvature of stomach together with the gastrocolic ligament and the distal ends of drains, then in the gastrocolic ligament is made an incision, through which there are introduced the distal ends of drains, which are directed one towards the cephalic part and the other one towards the caudal part of the pancreas, then the wounds are sutured.
