The device has cleaning liquid projection units e.g. nozzles (20), mounted on a housing (10), and a distance adjusting unit to adjust distance between the projection units and a support such as awning cloth. The projection units are moved with respect to each other in a cleaning direction, where the device is moved along the cleaning direction. Four wheels (30) of the housing are mounted on the support. An articulation unit e.g. clevis (40), on the housing is provided for receiving a device handling unit.
