The system (1) has a protection unit (4) mounted in a case (3). The unit is electrically connected to a circuit breaker and an electric installation of a room, through an electric line and by electric connectors (10a, 11a, 11b) of a docking station (2) and the case, respectively. An equipment management processing unit (6) receives electric signals representing physical quantity and controls electric equipment (7) of a room through electric connectors (12a, 12b, 13a, 13b) of the station and the case, respectively, where the signals are captured by a sensor (5).
