PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality video signal by separating a motion component and random noise with high accuracy in recursive noise reduction processing. SOLUTION: This video processor for reducing noise of video signals obtained time sequentially from an imaging system is provided with: a noise reducing part (114) for reducing noise of the video signals; a first noise estimating part (112) for estimating a first noise amount from the current video signal of the video signals; and a second noise estimating part (113) for estimating a second noise amount on the basis of the first noise amount, the current video signal and the past video signal after the noise reduction, wherein the noise reducing part (114) reduces the noise of the current video signal on the basis of the second noise amount.
