PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically make temporary change of the output state of a notification means to an output state preset for each mobile phone opposite party nearby a user of a mobile phone terminal according to the opposite party. SOLUTION: The user registers, in a telephone directory etc., of the mobile phone terminal 100, a desired output state of the notification means for incoming call as a special manner mode for each mobile phone opposite party. When an IC tag part 113 of an opposite-side terminal enters a range of a predetermined distance to the user's terminal, an IC tag reader 114 in the user's terminal reads out ID information stored in the IC tag part 113. When it is decided based upon the ID information that the opposite party for which the special manner mode is set matches the mobile phone opposite party who carries the terminal in which the IC tag part is incorporated, the registered output state of the notification means is forcibly selected.
