PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device and an antenna which can reduce deterioration in characteristic due to a human body more than before while avoiding the influence of a noise by being applied to, for example, a mobile phone capable of receiving a digital radio broadcast etc. SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an audio signal etc., is transmitted by shield cables 41 and 42, where the shield cable 41 form a coaxial transmission line for high-frequency signal from an antenna 42 within a certain range from a main body device 34 and a coating line of the shield cable 42 is used as an antenna within a certain range beyond the certain range.
