PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the adhesiveness of a dielectric layer formed between a dielectric film and a metal vapor deposition electrode to the dielectric film and the metal vapor deposition electrode deteriorates, and hence characteristics as a capacitor deteriorate. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a metallized film includes: a dielectric film formation process (a) for forming a thin film including a resin monomer on the dielectric film 11 before forming the dielectric layer 12 by performing polymerization reaction to the resin monomer in the thin film; and an electrode formation process (b) for forming the metal vapor deposition electrode 13 on the dielectric layer 12. The dielectric layer 12 is formed by the polymerization reaction of the resin monomer. The resin monomer has an ethylene oxide chain. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
