PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failures of an electronic substrate to which anticorrosion treatment is applied caused by anticorrosion paint, and to early detect coming of the anticorrosion paint to the end of its life. SOLUTION: The electronic substrate is provided with a substrate body 1 on the surface of which wiring patterns are formed, a coating film 3 which is formed on the surface of the substrate body 1 and has the function of preventing invasion of corrosive materials and a coating film 4 which is formed under the coating film 3 in a specific region on the surface of the substrate body 1 and detects deterioration in functioning of the coating film 3.
