摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection timing determination device which accurately determines fuel injection timing for making predicted ignition timing close to target ignition timing, based on an approximation relation and the target ignition timing by accurately approximating relation between the fuel injection timing and the predicted ignition timing by using ignition timing predicted order model. SOLUTION: This device sets first injection timing d1 to temporary fuel injection timing CAinj1 itself provided from a temporary approximation quadratic curve z1 passing on three points c1, c2, c3 corresponding to three relations the predicted ignition timing and the fuel injection timing set by a predetermined method, and set second and third injection timing d2, d3 to timing near fuel injection timings to be targets. The better accuracy of the approximation curve, the closer fuel injection timing constructing the approximation curve is to the target fuel injection timing. The fuel injection timing CAinj is accurately determined by using the approximation quadratic curve z2 passing three points f1, f2, f3 corresponding to three relations of the fuel injection timings and the predicted ignition timings.
