PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook device capable of easily opening a cover locked at a housing side. SOLUTION: The hook device is equipped with the housing 1 firmly fixed to a panel with bolts, the cover 2 which integrally consecutively provided on the housing 1 through a hinge means 3 and conceals the head of the bolts, and an annular hook which has a turning shaft part and hooks an object, and the tip end part of the cover 2 is locked at the housing 1 side. The hinge means 3 has a structure wherein a plurality of thin-walled pieces 9a, 9b, 9c and thick-walled pieces 10a, 10b are alternately continued. When the cover 2 is locked with the housing 1, the respective thin-walled pieces 9a, 9b, 9c of the hinge means 3 are folded and form a recessed space toward the inside between the cover 2 and the housing 1. When the locking of the cover with respect to the housing 1 is released, the respective thin-walled pieces 9a, 9b, 9c of the hinge means 3 are expanded to lift up the cover 2 from the housing 1.
