PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable back sheet allowing a wheelchair to be foldable without being detached from the wheelchair. SOLUTION: The back sheet 25 is provided with rotatable left and right clamps 26 and 27; left and right subordinate plates 28 and 29 fixed to the left and right clamps 26 and 27 respectively; left and right main plates 30 and 31 disposed between the left and right subordinate plates 28 and 29; a left spring hinge 32 for connecting the left subordinate plate 28 and the left main plate 30 and energizing the right end of the left subordinate plate 28 and the left end of the left main plate 30 always forward; a right spring hinge 33 for connecting the right subordinate plate 29 and the right main plate 31 and energizing the left end of the right subordinate plate 29 and the right end of the right main plate 31 always forward; and a hinge 34 with a stopper function for connecting the left main plate 30 and the right main plate 31 and restraining the angleθbetween the front face of the left main plate 30 and the front face of the right main plate 31 from being reduced to less than 180°.
