PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat cushion structure capable of retaining the excellent capability of filling a urethan material while having the excellent safety in seating and excellent shape keeping property, having the excellent locking property in a skin terminal and accuracy in the size of the shape of the seat cushion, and capable of preventing creases in a skin material. SOLUTION: The seat cushion structure 3 includes a cushion pad 6 made of a urethan foam material, a wire frame 7 embedded along the peripheral edge of the bottom of the cushion pad, an insert member 9 constituted by a material harder than the cushion pad 6 and embedded on the upper side of the wire frame 7 along the side edge of the cushion pad 6, and the skin material 8 covering the outer surface of the cushion pad 6. The edge end of the skin material 8 is locked (10) to the wire frame 7. The insert member 9 has a vertical through hole 91 formed in the shape of a slot along the longitudinal direction, and is insert-molded together with the wire frame 7.
