METHOD AND KIT FOR DETECTING TARGET PROTEIN USING DNA APTAMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for detecting a target protein in a sample using a simple amplification strategy. SOLUTION: The simple amplification strategy for recognizing the adapter type target protein molecule is established by utilizing concomitant release of a single-stranded DNA (G-DNA) complementarily binding to a single-stranded RNA (F-RNA-Q) comprising a fluorophore and a quencher. The RNA to which the fluorophore and the quencher are attached is then degraded with an RNase H to generate a fluoroscence signal.
