The present invention is to provide a knock-down tray with illuminator, which has illumination functions, including: a base member that is provided with a supporting wall formed so as to be upwardly protruded; a support member that is formed at an upper side of the base member and provided with a power source therein; an illuminator that includes a bottom detachably placed on the support member and a circumference wall protruded into an upper side of the bottom; an illuminator cover that is detachably placed on an upper face of the illuminator; and a skin member that is provided with a hollow therein and includes an upper part which envelops the illuminator cover and a lower part which is detachably secured with the supporting wall of the base member, the hollow accepting the illuminator cover, the support member, and the illuminator. In the knock-down tray with illuminator, illuminating sources are installed on an upper face of the bottom in the illuminator, and a circuit connected to the illuminating sources is installed on a lower face thereof, and.
