A non-flammable hose is provided to obtain non-flammable effect while taking advantage of the PVC material since the inner hose is made with the PVC flexible material and the outer hose is made with the non-flammable material and the two hoses engage with each other through the protrusions and grooves. A non-flammable hose includes an inner PVC(polyvinylchloride) layer(10), a polyester yarn layer(20), an outer PVC layer(30), and a composed rubber layer(40). Protrusions(31) are formed on the exterior of the outer PVC layer at regular angles in the longitudinal direction, and grooves(41) of the same sectional shape as the protrusions are formed in the corresponding location of the composed rubber layer.
