摘要 A solar power system using a heat pump is provided to secure heat source in the case of low atmospheric pressure and generate electricity by reusing waste heat which has driven a turbine. A power generating method comprises the following steps. A first step secures heat from solar energy and geothermal energy using a heat pump, and then generates electricity. A second step get warm water, with a condensing chamber located outside a cooling chamber and it surrounded with water, when cooling steam or gas with the heat pump, and then recycles the warm water. The power generating method generates electricity solely through the first step or the second step. The evaporation degree compresses steam or gas toward a water tank separated independently, contacting with the cooling chamber when cooling gas. A cooling chamber shifts the heat to the outside through the compression and then cools the heat.
