<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane formation system and a membrane formation method which can suppress insufficient oxygen in a boundary between a hydrogen separation membrane and an electrolytic membrane, and to provide a method for producing a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The membrane formation system (100) comprises: a membrane formation means (20) where an electrolytic membrane (24) having proton conductivity is formed on one side of a hydrogen separation membrane (21) having hydrogen permeability; and partial pressure generating means (22, 30) where an oxygen partial pressure difference is produced in such a manner that the oxygen partial pressure in an atmosphere to which the other side of the hydrogen separation membrane is exposed is made higher than the oxygen partial pressure in an atmosphere to which one side of the hydrogen separation membrane is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
