PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte solution and a lithium ion secondary battery capable of improving a capacity maintenance rate in high-temperature environments with an initial capacity hardly reduced.

SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte solution with a lithium salt containing an F element dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent contains an organized hydrotalcite kind compound produced by organizing a hydrotalcite kind compound. Further, the lithium-ion secondary battery 1 provided at least with a cathode 2, an anode 3, and the nonaqueous electrolyte solution contains an organized hydrotalcite kind compound produced by organizing a hydrotalcite kind compound in the nonaqueous electrolyte solution and/or at a part in contact with the nonaqueous electrolyte solution.
