<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge and a separation holding member for a process cartridge capable of preventing the deformation or damage of an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a developer carrier or a gap holding member in a physical distribution stage without making the process cartridge and the separation holding member larger in size. <P>SOLUTION: The process cartridge includes the separation holding member 100 for holding a state where a distance between the centers of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 10 and the developer carrier 19 is made longer than that when forming an image, wherein the separation holding member 100 holds the state where the distance between the centers of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 10 and the developer carrier 19 is made longer than that when forming the image by moving movable frame 30 and 31 supporting the developer carrier 19, and also the separation holding member 100 is freely attached to/detached from the process cartridge B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
