PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that characteristics of a composite speaker are disordered owing to reflection and refraction of a sound of a rear speaker by a speaker provided on a front side. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the composite speaker having a front tweeter 2 clamped and held between two metal bars 3 made of nonmagnetic materials disposed on a rear woofer 1 almost in parallel. The superior composite speaker has disorder of characteristics suppressed by decreasing the area of a holding means of covering the front of the rear woofer 1 by clamping and holding the front tweeter 2 between the metal bars 3 made of the nonmagnetic materials, and does not affect magnetic flux of magnetic circuits of the speakers since the metal bars 3 made of the nonmagnetic materials are used.
