<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar connector of a thin type and easy to be attached and detached, and yet, hardly causing connection failure even if a substrate is deformed. <P>SOLUTION: When a plug 10 is mounted on a receptacle 20, a plurality of counter electrodes 13 at a plug 10 side, and spiral contactors 22A at a receptacle 20 side are connected one for one. Since the spiral contactors 22A have a small stroke in a thickness direction, the planar connector can be made thin. Moreover, the plug 10 and the receptacle 20 are divided into first and second small chambers 12A, 25A, and the counter electrodes 13 and spiral contactors 22A are arranged inside the first and the second small chambers 12A, 25A, respectively, so that, even if they are deformed, the planar connector can hardly cause connection failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
