PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding cassette capable of controlling a movement of the paper feeding cassette to a speed within an allowable range, restraining shocks at the time of inserting the paper feeding cassette, and preventing damages of a restraining plate or an image forming device body and failure of images. SOLUTION: The device body 2 and the paper feeding cassette 1 openably provided by sliding along a guide rail 6 arranged on a device body 2 include load members provided on a bottom face, a back face and side faces of the paper feeding cassette 1, detection means 11 detecting a moving speed of the paper feeding cassette 1 to the device body 2, and control means 9 controlling loads of the load members based on detection results of the detection means 11.
