PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging method for sliced white bread and a packaging device for the bread for making it possible to package each small amount of the bread in a short process time. SOLUTION: This relates to a packaging device for sliced white bread provided with two units of packaging machines 10, 20 for white bread arranged in parallel at the downstream of a white bread slicer 1 and a sliced white bread distributor 2 positioned between the slicer 1 and the machines 10, 20. The distributor 2 is provided with a sliced white bread distribution case 3 which is laterally movable for receiving the bread S discharged from the slicer 1 in right and left receiving parts 4, 5 alternatively. When one of the parts 4, 5 is receiving the bread S discharged from the slicer 1, the other part supplies to one of the machines 10, 20 the bread S to be packaged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
