<p>Ring comprises at least one ring segment (2) with at least one cutout (2b) in which an enclosed section (2e) of another corresponding ring segment lies to form the ring. The cutout and the enclosed section are designed so that when they are fitted together the two ring segments are held at least in a radial direction by a positive fit. The corresponding ring segments individually slide into each other parallel to the ring axis in a radial direction and/or in or about a defined spatial axis direction with their cutout and enclosed sections.
